Hospitality

Everyone is welcome

We'll welcome you however you like best: in person, unhurried, with the keys handed over face to face — or with self check-in and check-out, if you prefer complete independence and privacy.

Families and groups

Bunk beds the children adore, board games and books in the house, a playground and a football pitch a stone's throw away. The paths around are easy, gentle enough for grandparents and pushchairs too.

Four-legged guests

Here animals are “part of the family”: a bed indoors and one outside, a litter tray for the cats, bowls and towels of their own. The fenced garden is all theirs.

Peace of mind

A lockable garage with room for two cars, storage for bikes and Wi-Fi throughout the house. The entrance courtyard is covered by CCTV and, with self check-in, you come and go in your own time.

The small things

The details that make it home

Harmony is born of small things: a warm lamp, the books beneath the archway, the table laid for the evening.

“Via dei Caldonazzi ends at number 25: here four wheels give way to the steady rhythm of your own two legs.”

The house rules

Let's keep this holiday in tune

Our house rules are written the way you tune an instrument: a few gentle courtesies, so that the stay plays beautifully for everyone — guests, neighbours and pets alike.

  • Check-in from 4 pm to 9 pm, check-out by 10 am — unless we agree otherwise.
  • Peace and quiet reigns here: we keep the noise down from 10 pm to 8 am.
  • Pets welcome, with the little touches that only true animal lovers think of.
  • No smoking indoors; outside you'll find the ashtrays.
  • The number of guests is the one in the booking: the house sleeps up to eight, and the law requires us to report every one of them to the police. If anything changes, tell us beforehand — we'll sort it out.
  • CCTV outside only, on the entrance courtyard and the garage ramp, to protect people and property and to check that the guests are the ones agreed. No cameras in the interior; the full notice is available at the house and online.

The full house rules will be available here and at the property.
